1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how The Last Drawer Retail Outlet, LLC, operating as The Last Drawer (collectively, "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our online store, websites, customer service, marketing, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies only to personal information for which The Last Drawer Retail Outlet, LLC determines the purposes and means of processing. It does not apply to information handle independently by third parties under their own privacy notices.

Do Not Track. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals unless required by law.

Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we will process a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Third-party tracking. Third parties may collect information across websites and over time when their technologies are present on the Services.

11. California disclosures

The CCPA (as amended by the CPRA) applies only to businesses that meet certain statutory criteria. Based on our current operations as a new business, The Last Drawer Retail Outlet, LLC does not currently believe it meets those criteria. We will reassess if our revenue, data volumes, or practices materially change, and will provide the additional notices and rights required if it becomes applicable.

California Civil Code § 1798.83 may permit certain California customers to request information about disclosures for third parties' direct marketing. If applicable, you may submit a request through our store contact page with "California Shine the Light Request" in the subject line.

12. Children

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not intend to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.

13. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party sites, platforms, payment tools, or social features. We do not control their independent practices — please review their notices before providing information.
