Because we sell discounted, liquidation, and intimate apparel, all sales are final. For hygieneand health reasons, intimate apparel (including bras, bralettes, underwear, thongs, bikinis, bodysuits, and related items) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.
We stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a photo of the issue. If we confirm the error, we'll make it right with a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund for that item.
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once anorder has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
